1xmm Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 1xmm platform or opening an account — it is important that you clearly understand your rights and responsibilities.

Introduction

The terms and conditions set out in this document form a legally binding agreement between 1xmm and every player ("you" or "user") who uses the 1xmm platform (also referred to as the "service").

By visiting the website https://1xmm.bio, opening an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the 1xmm service immediately.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continuing to use the service after an update is posted means you have accepted the revised terms.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use the 1xmm service. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account. If a false age is discovered, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be returned.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account at 1xmm. If duplicate accounts are opened using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method, those accounts may be suspended and any funds held.

2.3 Accurate Information

The personal and payment details you provide when opening an account must be accurate. An account registered with false information may be closed without prior notice.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are liable for all activity carried out on your account by any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently accepted at 1xmm are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum amount per deposit is 3,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit, and transfers to third parties are not allowed. Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes from the time of request, though this may take longer if verification is required.

3.3 Verification

For large withdrawal requests or suspicious activity, 1xmm may request personal identification documents and conduct a verification check. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

If a chargeback or fraudulent payment reversal is found to be genuine after investigation, the account will be suspended and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus — 120% First Deposit Bonus

When you open a new account and make your first deposit, you will receive a bonus of 120% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15.

  • Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
  • Example 2 — If you deposit 180,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks (maximum cap), giving you a total balance of 280,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, one per account.
  • If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within one week (7 days); if not met within that time, the bonus will expire.
  • 1xmm reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus availability with prior notice.

4.3 VIP Cashback

There are three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.8% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 1.2% cashback per week). Players can move up tiers based on their playing consistency and frequency. Cashback is paid once a week as bonus funds, and wagering requirements apply to those bonus funds.

Referral (Referral) Promotion

Under the 1xmm referral program, the referrer receives 5% of the referred player's first deposit as bonus funds, capped at 20,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer earns 0.3% of the referred player's valid bets as a weekly commission.

  • Both the referrer and the referred player must be verified 1xmm account holders.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Commission is credited as bonus funds and can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
  • 1xmm may suspend the promotion with prior notice if it is determined to be non-compliant with applicable law.

Game Rules

6.1 Player Responsibilities

Players are responsible for only wagering amounts they can afford to lose within their own financial means. 1xmm does not accept responsibility for any losses arising from gameplay.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Arbitrage betting
  • Using matched betting to claim bonuses
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated playing tools
  • Attacking servers, or stealing bonus codes to obtain commissions
  • Sharing account login credentials with third parties

If any of the above violations are found, 1xmm may close the account and freeze funds without prior warning.

6.3 Game Results

Football match outcomes are settled based on official result data. Games affected by server errors or connection disruptions may be reviewed, and 1xmm's decision will be final.

Protection & Data

7.1 Personal Information

1xmm uses the personal information you provide only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required to meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legal obligations.

7.2 SSL Security

The 1xmm platform protects your financial and personal information using SSL encryption. Payments are processed only through a secure gateway, and your bank / Pay details are never stored on our servers.

7.3 Fair Play

Service Suspension & Restrictions

1xmm may suspend or close the service without prior notice in the following circumstances—

  • If a breach of these terms and conditions is detected
  • If activity is found that appears to be fraudulent bonus claiming
  • If suspected money laundering activity is identified
  • If the server service is temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance

If the account can be verified as legitimate, we will arrange for any remaining balance to be returned.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 1xmm does not accept indirect or consequential liability for financial losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or issues arising from server interruptions related to use of this platform. Please understand that this platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.
